Refund Policy

Gen New is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date and the full amount you paid is returned to you.

How to request a refund

• Use the Digistore24 support form at digistore24.com/support with your order number, or
• email us at suporte@desconbriendolaverdad.com with the email address you used at checkout.

Refunds are processed by Digistore24, our authorised reseller, and are credited back to the payment method used for the order. The same 60-day period applies to any optional add-on purchased after the main order.
